
Last quarter we completed 5 years of the Customer Experience (CX) at UC San Diego Extension. A special thank you to UC San Diego Extension, our guest speaker last quarter – CX book author and futurist Blake Morgan and all who have participated in Customer Experience (CX) at the University of California San Diego! Onward in year 6! Next offered beginning April 8, 2020.
People in domestic and international programs, seasoned professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs learned and applied best practices of CX. They completed over 120 customer experience assessments for ongoing businesses with specific recommendations to improve and innovate customer experience, not including determining customer experiences for new businesses!
Automotive, IT, communications chips, hotels, wineries, banking, associations, marketing, sales and engineering are just some of the industries and disciplines represented by those who have completed the Customer Experience (CX) at UC San Diego Extension from over 15 countries.
